Two men given suspended sentences over violent attack
Two neighbours who assaulted a man who they suspected of
stealing a motorbike were given suspended jail terms.
The victim was set upon, suffered swelling and had to have
stitches. He did not suffer permanent injury and refused to
make a victim impact statement.
